EAT FRUIT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
If you eat fruit on an empty stomach, it will play a major role indetoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. When you eat fruit on an empty stomach, the fruit
goes straight through the stomach into the intestines. If you eat other food, which takes longer to digest, the fruit is prevented from going straight through your system.
The minute the fruit comes into contact with the other food in your stomach (and digestive juices), the entire mass of food begins to spoil, and the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid. This is why some people complain of burping, flatulence, bloating or diarrhoea the fruit mixes with the putrefying other food, and produces gas.Conditions such as greying hair, balding, nervous outbursts, and dark circles under the eyes WILL NOT HAPPEN if you eat fruits on an empty stomach.
All fruits become alkaline in your body (even lemons and oranges, which are considered to be acidic). If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, on an empty stomach, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness, and normal weight.
If you choose to drink fruit juice, drink only fresh fruit juice (not the canned variety). When you drink fresh fruit juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful, slowly, allowing it to mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Don’t drink juice that has been heated up, or eat cooked fruits, because you don’t get the nutrients at all (you only get the taste). Cooking fruit destroys all the vitamins.Eating whole fruits is actually much better than drinking the juice, and you get lots more fibre. If you want to cleanse your body, you can go on a 3-day fruit fast. Just eat fruits, and drink fruit juice, throughout the 3 days, and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look.
