C). Things to do on a Regular Basis 

1. Exercise to help burn off excessive adrenaline.
2. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol.
3. Eat regular meals and avoid processed foods and drinks, to keep blood sugar levels stable.
4. Don't bottle up your emotions. Find someone to confide in.
5. Learn and practice relaxation techniques.
6. Reduce your exposure to unnecessary stress.
7. Join a self-help group.
8. Carry a cell phone for when you need to call people
9. Don't focus on the people around you when out, just look in front of you.
10. Read self-help book.
11. Meditate regularly
